Referral & acquisition plan limits

All plans support influencer, friend, and combined referral entry. Capacity comes from the central plan catalog below. No automatic overage charges apply.

Counting and availability

Monthly usage resets at the start of each UTC calendar month and pools production usage across apps owned by the billing account. Sandbox usage is excluded. Managers and personal API keys use the app owner's allowance.

A new friend enrollment counts once for a program and app user. Invalid codes, self-referrals, retries, and existing enrollment results do not count. New enrollments stop at the allowance; accepted friends can still qualify and earn promised rewards. Reward delivery, manual reviews, and progress stay available.

Active acquisition campaigns consume shared account slots. Acquisition sources such as Meta, TikTok, or a custom label share these slots. Campaign links track clicks and first-party assignments; source labels do not connect native ad-platform reporting accounts.

Signed acquisition attributions have an upgrade threshold: existing tracking continues, while additional campaign activations require capacity once it is reached. Public acquisition link events have an advisory traffic review threshold. Reaching it does not stop tracking or campaign activation; review traffic or upgrade if additional capacity is needed. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and influencer redemptions are not new acquisition attributions.

Report lookback limits acquisition aggregate analysis to the plan window and collected data. It does not delete financial records or earned reward evidence, extend raw-event retention, or restore data that was never collected.

Stable user invite codes, progress reads, reward value, and MCP tool calls are not commercial meters. Influencer redemption and referral revenue tracking remain unlimited. Technical rate, batch, and abuse limits still apply.

Build adaptive UI

Read configured rules and effective referral availability from the SDK. When acceptingNewReferrals is false, hide new invitation prompts and explain that new invitations are unavailable. Continue to show existing progress and earned benefits. Keep upgrade details in the developer dashboard.

Management requests may return plan_limit_reached with the meter, current use, allowance, and reset time. Show an upgrade action and preserve form input. The dashboard, REST API, and MCP share server-side enforcement.
