Acquisition campaigns for apps & websites
Create a first-party GrowthCat campaign link, use it in an ad or post, and compare engagement with attributed arrivals and conversions.
Create and share
- Open your app's Acquisition dashboard and create a campaign. Choose Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, or Other with a custom source name.
- Select App Store app or Website as the destination. For apps, paste an App Store URL, Apple campaign link, or Custom Product Page URL. For websites, enter an HTTP(S) URL without embedded credentials.
- Choose direct redirect or a hosted campaign landing page. Configure copy, audience, and creative labels as needed.
- Copy the GrowthCat campaign link into your ad's destination field or share it in a post. Source and campaign key stay stable when you edit the campaign.
- For website destinations, integrate the web SDK and capture the arriving attribution token. An attributed website arrival is separate from an app install.
Measure and manage
Reports distinguish landing views, store clicks, website clicks, attributed app installs, and attributed website arrivals. RevenueCat-backed monetization appears when the required events and identities are connected. GrowthCat matching can include probabilistic attribution; a reported install is not an Apple-verified download.
Choose UTC report bounds within your plan's lookback. The default is the current plan window. Existing tracking continues at the signed acquisition attribution upgrade threshold with no automatic additional charges. New campaign activations need spare active-campaign capacity and attribution allowance. Public link-event traffic review thresholds are advisory and do not block activation.
Hosted campaign pages wait for analytics consent before recording landing views or using analytics session storage. With necessary-only consent, the call to action opens the trusted destination directly. After analytics consent, it uses the measured redirect. Direct campaign redirect links record their disclosed first-party tracking event; website SDK arrival measurement requires the applicable consent.
Platform names are source labels for tracking links. Native Meta/TikTok/Google reporting connectors, spend import, and privacy postback reporting are separate integrations and are not supplied by selecting a source.
Pause or end a campaign to stop accepting new visitors. Earned referral benefits, financial evidence, and transaction reconciliation remain available independently of new-campaign capacity.
